The Representation of the Bakery an Confectionery Dreimann in Extertal...

The long story of the bakery and confectionery started in 1930.
	In that year Ernst and Klara Dreimann opend their first bakery and have the first transporter.
In 1934 Ernst and Klara dedicted to erect a new business building in the Mittelstraße 2, Bösingfeld. That new building became the business place of the bakery for nearly 50 years.   Klara and Ernst Dreimann established their life-work with this bakery, whose name became a by-word for quality baker´s ware all over Extertal.
	Tradition and a good name obligate, and therefore it was no question for the son Ernst Dreimann jun. to learn baker´s craft as well. In 1955 he passed the examination for title of a master at the chamber of Handicrafts in Hannover.   In 1972 Ernst Dreimann jun. and his wife Helga took over the bakery and confectionery. After some years the permanent expansion made owners consider to erect a new building at another place.
In the course of a road-building project for a by-pass road for the town centre of Extertal the old building had to be pulled down. The new large and modern dwelling and business premises were built only two houses distant from the former building in the Mittelstraße, too.
For the new building the couple Ernst and Helga Dreimann were awarded the bronze medal in the federal building competition of industry, commerce and handicraft in town planning. The competition was under the the patronage of the Federal President of Germany, and the medal was handed over by the then Federal Minister for Space-Order, Architecture and Town-Planning Herr Dr. Oscar Schneider, MdB.   At that time, the two sons Michael and Frank Dreimann traditionally learnt the baker´job, too. They also passed the baker master´s examination, and since 1993 they have managed the bakery and confectionery collectively. At the moment, they operate five separate shops and a selling-van, and they supply about 25 retailers.
